Our recruitment division specialises in the placement of facilities managers in both permanent and interim roles. We go to great lengths to make sure we understand exactly what the requirements are for a particular vacancy, undertaking a comprehensive fact-find on the technical knowledge, soft skills and personality types required for a particular role. Our business model is based on providing a full consultancy service for our clients, rather than simply acting as a CV filter. We will always dedicate as much time as you need to advise on interview techniques and recruitment processes to help you make sure that all your hires are good hires. Additionally, all of our consultants have a deep understanding of the facilities management industry. We work closely with the training and consultancy divisions of the Xenon Group to train and develop our staff. All of our recruiters undertake the ILM Level 3 in Facilities Management as a matter of course and we regularly arrange site visits and training days to make sure our people know and understand how facilities departments function in different types of organisation.
