Making the transition from military to civilian FM
0845 474 0054

This suite of vocational qualifications in Facilities Management has been specifically designed to provide knowledge that you or your staff can apply directly to the workplace, helping you to improve the efficiency of your FM team, reduce your costs and achieve greater recognition within your organisation and the industry as a whole.
Sitting within the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and available from Level 3 up to Level 6, all of these qualifications are nationally recognised. They consist of a collection of standalone units which can be studied in isolation or combined to achieve an Award, Certificate or Diploma at your chosen level, giving you total flexibility on how you structure your course.
The level of the unit or qualification demonstrates the overall level of difficulty and also, perhaps more importantly, the job description appropriate for studying at the different levels. We recommend that you contact one of our advisers to receive guidance as to which level you are best suited for before you enrol, so you can be sure that you will be comfortable with the level of complexity.

Assessment
Assessment for all levels is via the completion of assignments, one for each unit. Wherever possible the assignments are based on work within your own organisation. Our tutors will always review your assignments before submission and give constructive feedback where necessary, giving you the best possible chance to pass your assignment first time.
Delivery
We offer all levels as interactive workshops at our venues in London and Leeds. Levels 3, 4 and 5 can also be studied via distance learning. We provide electronic workbooks and a comprehensive tutorial programme to support you in your studies. You will also benefit from our dedicated study platform where you can download additional learning materials, access peer support and network with other students studying at all levels.
