We are acutely aware of our moral responsibility to our candidates. We acknowledge all CVs as we are well aware that simply not knowing what is happening is deeply demotivating to any candidate.
We endeavour to arrange the best possible match between experience and role, keeping our candidates up to date on the progress of negotiations wherever possible. In proposing a candidate for interview, we do need to be sure of a reasonable chance of success.
