This brand new course, launched in June 2009 and accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management, provides an excellent introduction to the world of Facilities Management.
We are the first and currently the only FM training organisation to deliver this qualification at Award, Certificate and Diploma levels through our highly interactive weekly workshop sessions based in Leeds.
This course is specifically aimed at those new to the FM industry, first line FM managers, FM Coordinators and FM assistants.

Students can select from a range of study options:
- Individual Units related to the FM workplace
- Award in Facilities Management
- Certificate in Facilities Management
- Diploma in Facilities Management
The time taken to complete the qualification will depend on whether you choose the Award - 8 days, Certificate - 15 days or Diploma - 26 days.
As an example, the Award is offered over 45 guided learning hours and can be studied on day release. This is generally on consecutive Thursdays or Fridays with intermittent days during this peroid available for assignment preparation and submission.
