When considering Outsourcing, some organisations focus on their internal difficulties which they believe can be resolved by an external provider. Unfortunately, if suppliers do not understand the original underlying issues, the outsourcing challenges may become far more complex than necessary.
Whatever the drivers for change, discussions with an experienced FM consultancy will enable the issues to be brought into sharp focus. It is only when all the issues are identified and resolved, that rational decisions can be made about how to move forward.
