Transfer window opens early for Xenon’s recruitment arm

Although the transfer window in the UK isn’t set to open until 1st July, we’ve swooped early to bolster our ranks by signing former professional footballer Adam Everiss to join our Facilities Management Recruitment division.

As well as his footballing credentials, Adam comes to us with a wealth of experience working for companies such as Capita and Allegis, recruiting for organisations including Jaguar Land Rover and Lloyds Banking as well as a host of public sector bodies such as MoJ, MoD and HMRC. Crucially, though, Adam shares the same values and attitude as the Xenon team, including a commitment to providing great service to candidates and clients alike without going down the stereotypical pushy sales route.

Before getting into recruitment, Adam was a professional footballer at Swindon Town FC. Taking advantage of the fact that we’re not actually a football club and therefore not bound by the transfer rules of the Football Association, we’ve been able to bring Adam in on a permanent contract with an immediate start. He’s been working closely with Director of Recruitment, Sophie Buck to get up to speed on the ins and outs of Facilities Management and will no doubt be liaising imminently with our network of clients, candidates and students as well as getting involved at industry events and looking for opportunities to help facilities managers across the country take the next step in their careers.
